suggest stop random layout and image shuffle on each manual layout adjustment

In current version the random layout and image shuffle actions take place on every minor adjustment of layout sliders even when such change should not change the layout i.e. 1 pixel change in border size or spacing should never shuffle images and spoil customised image cutting by shuffling all the images into different relative picture elements.
